Hambleton Church and The Villa for Jenny and Stuart

The beginning of May and a beautiful day for Jenny and Stuart's wedding at Hambleton Church. After a photo shoot at the village pond in Wrea Green with photographer Dan Wooten (complete with cricket match in the background) it was off to The Villa for a great reception and evening event. Lovely to see all the family again - I filmed Jenny's sisters wedding too.

Lisa and Matthew. Chequers Hotel, Dalton in Furness

A church yard full of flowers and a big blue sky were the order of the day for Lisa and Matthew when they married at Kirkby in Furness church in April. The sunshine just carried on for the reception at Chequers Hotel in Dalton with photos by One Image photography. Steve Silver was on top form for the evening dance. Chloe and Carl. Gibbon Bridge

Back in March, on one of those rare but sunny days, Chloe and Carl tied the knot at the Gibbon Bridge Hotel. This was the third wedding I'd filmed for this family and it was really nice to see all the grandchildren that had come along in the intervening few years, very much a family occasion. Merewood Hotel wedding fair

Saturday 5th January at the Merewood Country House Hotel (opposite Brockhole Visitor Centre) for our next wedding fair. Come along and see us in one of Lakelands best loved wedding venues.

Holbeck Ghyll wedding for Angela and Richard

A late Autumn day at the Holbeck Ghyll for Angela and Richard with their friends and family. the clouds stayed away for Richard to manage his pre wedding helicopter flight. Flowers decked every room, fires glowed in open grates and champagne flowed as the day rolled out. It managed to stay dry for the photos by Steve Yates of Derwent Photography and an excellent meal was followed by dancing to a live band. Great venue.
